Call for Papers
The Columban College, Inc. Research, Innovation, and Knowledge Development Office is calling for papers for its Institutional Multidisciplinary Research and Development Journal (IMRaD) and CC The Journal: A Multidisciplinary Research Review. These publications seek original, high-quality research articles across diverse disciplines that contribute to knowledge advancement and address societal issues. Scholars, faculty, and professionals are encouraged to submit works in areas such as education, social sciences, business, health, and technology. Accepted papers will undergo a peer-review process and be published in the upcoming issues of these multidisciplinary journals.
Submission Requirements​
Before proceeding, you must read and confirm that you have met the following requirements:​

The author guarantees that the article is original, not previously published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The author has informed all co-authors about publication agreements, and submission is made with their consensus.

The author has disclosed all research funding, support, and potential conflicts of interest. Permission has been obtained for any materials used.

The author verifies that, to the best of their knowledge, the data is authentic and accurate, with no fabrication or misrepresentation.

The author adheres to the specified manuscript format, including using the provided Anonymous file and Title page templates.
Author Guidelines

This journal only accepts articles written in English. It is the author's primary responsibility to ensure the paper is of high quality in terms of language, grammar, and punctuation. The use of discriminatory or biased language is prohibited.
The manuscript must include relevant author information such as names, affiliations, addresses, and email addresses. The corresponding author must be clearly identified if there are multiple authors.
The manuscript should be structured as follows:
Title: An appropriate title for your article.
Abstract: Between 150 and 300 words.
Keywords: At least 4 and no more than 6 keywords.
Main Body: Must include the following sections:

Research Articles
​
The journal welcomes submissions on any topic relevant to its scope and focus. Submitted articles should be supported by robust empirical evidence and make a substantial contribution to the field. They should also be grounded in strong theoretical and/or methodological literature.

The submission must be an original article, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. If the article is a republication, the author must obtain permission to republish it. Additionally, permission must be secured for any copyrighted materials used within the article.

Copyright Notice
​
Authors retain the copyright of their work but grant CCI-RIKDO the exclusive right to publish the article initially. Reprints and reproductions of the article for private use do not require prior permission, but commercial use is not permitted. Authors may use any part of the article as long as proper acknowledgment is given. Academic use of the article does not require additional permission.
