DR. REY E. ENCISO

A Bit About Me

Dr. Rey E. Enciso currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a major in Educational Leadership and Management from St. Paul University Manila, and holds a Doctor of Education with a major in Educational Administration from Columban College, Inc. in Olongapo City. His academic journey also includes earning a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Science Education from the same institution, Columban College, Inc.

Dr. Enciso has accumulated extensive experience in various educational roles over the years. His professional background includes serving as Research Director since June 2021, where he has contributed significantly to the academic and research endeavors of his institution. Prior to this role, he served as School Principal from June 2020 to May 2021, overseeing administrative and educational leadership responsibilities within a school setting in the Philippines. Before becoming a principal, he held the position of Assistant Principal from June 2019 to May 2020, further honing his skills in educational management and leadership.

Dr. Enciso's career began as a dedicated Classroom Teacher at Columban College-Barretto, where he taught for over 11 years, from October 2007 to May 2019. His commitment to education spans both instructional roles and administrative leadership, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for enhancing educational outcomes and fostering academic excellence.
