DR. ERIC A. MATRIANO

A Bit About Me

Dr. Eric A. Matriano earned his Doctor of Education degree from Columban College, Inc. in 2002 and later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management from Manuel L. Quezon University in 2014.

He completed his Bachelor of Arts in General Science in 1994 and obtained a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Science Education, as well as in Business Administration. Recently, he achieved another degree in BSBA with a focus on Human Resource Development Management.

Dr. Matriano was recognized as one of the awardees of the Top Management Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) through the Commission on Higher Education’s (CHED) Faculty Development Scholarship Program for K-12 Transition.

​

Currently, Dr. Matriano serves as the Vice President for Finance & Administrative Services at Columban College, Inc. He has previously held positions as Dean of the College of Business and Accountancy and served as Director of the Quality Assurance Office and the Planning and Development Office at the institution.

In addition to his administrative roles, Dr. Matriano is active in academia as a graduate school professor, international research committee reviewer, author of academic books, statistician, seminar-workshop speaker, and multi-awarded international research presenter. He is also a member of the Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT) of CHED – Region III and plays an active role as an accreditor for the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).
